DELIVERY

DENMARK: Delivery is free for orders above 1500 kr. and will be transported with DAO (75% of their vehicles are electric) or 49 kr.

EU: the delivery will be done by DHL GoGreen home delivery if your country of residence is eligible. COST: 20€ - 40€ depending on your county of residence if it is eligible if your order is less than €200.

REST OF THE WORLD: Home delivery by DHL if your country of residence is eligible. COST: approximately € 20 - 50€ depending on your county of residence if it is eligible if your order is less than approximately €250, this varies due to exchange rates for your particular country.

Please be aware that if your country is not a part of the European Union, you will be charged import tax. The rates depends on your country, and can affect delivery times, Cari Earth cannot take responsibility for this but will do our best to support you through the delivery process.

REFUND or EXCHANGE

To request a return or exchange, please contact info@worldofwove.com with your request.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs if your request is for a refund.

Return shipping is free if your request is for an exchange.

We aim to process returns and/or exchanges within 7 days of receiving back the products.

Products must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags a stickers where this applies.

REFUNDS
Once we have received your return, please allow 4 to 5 days for processing. Once validated, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.
