Refund policy
Change or Cancel an Order Before Dispatch:
If you wish to change or cancel your Order prior to the Product(s) having been dispatched please contact Our Client Services by emailing us info@worldofwove.com or contact us by phone on +45 53 77 75 71 as soon as possible, with your Order number, to discuss what practical options are available to you. In the event that your Order has already been dispatched, please return your order once received in accordance with Our Returns Policy below.
Returns Policy after dispatch:
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to return your Order within 30 days without giving any reason, even if the product is not defective. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This right is subject to certain conditions as set out below:
- Your return period will expire 30 days after the day that you (or a person indicated by you to take delivery, other than the carrier) take delivery of the Product(s). If your order is delivered in multiple lots, the 30 days will start counting from the day on which you (or a person indicated by you to take delivery, other than the carrier) takes delivery of each individual Product(s).
- You have taken reasonable care of the product prior to return. In particular, this means that you should not have used the Product and any tags, labels or stickers should not have been removed and the product must be returned in its original packaging and same state as it was delivered.
- You return the product to us without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the day on which you (or a person indicated by you to take delivery, other than the carrier) receives delivery.
- You return the Product in suitable packaging and send by a tracked courier or delivery service to ensure it reaches us in good condition. In order to ensure the Product reaches us in good condition in accordance with these Terms We recommend you use the original packaging you received the product in to return it to us.
- Unless returning a product due to a fault, customers are responsible for shipping returns costs and this will not be refunded. As part of our sustainability initiative, this is to discourage mindless consumption,, excess packaging and unnecessary fuel use.
Damages and Issues
Any product we send you should meet its description on the site and be fit for purpose. If however a product is damaged or does not meet the description given on the site at the time you placed your order, please contact our customer services team by emailing us at info@worldofwove.com or by phone on +45 53 77 75 71 as soon as possible.
For damaged or defected products, we will refund the purchase price, delivery charge and any reasonable shipping costs you incur in returning the product to Us.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:
(a) 30 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 30 days after the day you provide satisfactory evidence that you have returned the goods.
We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Products that May Not Be Returned:
Please note that, unless they are faulty, you do not have the right to return any product which does not still have its hygiene stickers (Underwear/Swimwear), swing tags and labels, or where such has been removed or damaged. This means that it will not be possible for us to accept the return of any product where the hygiene stickers (Underwear/Swimwear), swing tags and/or labels has been removed or damaged.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
